`binding.gyp` not found in math-base-special-ln about stdlib

Thank you @Speuce for this bug report. We have been aware of this problem, caused by a change in how npm determines whether to attempt building native add-ons, but didn't get around to pushing a fix out yet. We just published a patch release for affected packages.

Would you be so kind to please rerun your test with the new version and see whether the problem is now gone:

npm init -y
npm i @stdlib/[email protected]
