Notification: User response on notification about project

The taking later message requires the following:

• Temporal Status.not_taken set
• An update query
• A new reminder to be set
• Med data and dose date to be passed on to the new message

Three more things before closing:

• auto close when all meds in current array are dealt with
• A good amount of testing
• removing all debug stuff from this.

Did the testing:
Following came out of tests but won't befixed for the paneltest

• tap on the notification in the notification center while it's open in the app kills it
• notification icon is not visible in the center
• after responding to a notification it does not disapear from the center
