I am not able to make the request for https://api.stellar.expert/explorer/public/ledger/protocol-history ,
It’s returning 403 😬

hi @lccoronel - As Iveta mentioned, let's not showing anything in case the call fails (403 etc), so the UI will need a conditional logic to hide that date field in case of failure. I tried the URL several times today and it was returning data - but it might not work all the time.

@jcx120 the URL doesn't work on non-stellar.expert domains, so it looks like it's private. Should we still implement the fallback or not do it at all? Not sure if StellarExpert will make this endpoint public.
