Can't run node and browser tests independently about js-stellar-sdk

I just took a quick stab at this one (broke out another task that wraps the node tests in starting and stopping the server), and it seems like there's a gulp task causing the process to hang. I'll try to dig into that more, as it doesn't happen when the full tests (['clean', 'test:run-server', 'test:node', 'test:browser']) are run, just when the server-side tests are run and the server is then killed:

gulp.task('test:server', function(done) {
  runSequence('clean', 'test:run-server', 'test:node', function(err) {
    server.kill();
    done();
  });
});

We could manually add a process.exit(0) after the done() call, but that seems super hacky.

I'll try to pinpoint the hang and fix it there.
