Hi @CrisanP13, i've discussed this issue with @JakeUrban and the suggested path forward would be for you to use the 403 error code even though this may not be the ideal code and isn't consistent with SEP12. The reason for this is that we have existing SEP31 sending anchors/wallets that have already implemented this standard with the 403 code and if we were to update the SEP31 standard, they would all have to make this change
from stellar-anchor-tests.
