This should only be used on the Grid View. A user can filter the issues based on the following issue tags
• Open
• Closed
• Rejected
• Accepted

Create Detail View.

• A user can view the full scaled issue GIF by clicking the issue on the grid view
• A user can view a description of the issue created by the uploader
• A user can view comments on the issue

Create form for commenting on issues. Should be linked from Detail View.

A user can mark an issue as the following tags. Should only be marked through the Detail View.

• Open – An issue is open when a user first uploads the issue
• Closed - An issue is closed when a user closes an ‘Accepted’ issue
• Rejected – An issue is rejected when a user clicks ‘Reject’ on an uploaded issue
• Accepted – An issue is accepted when a user clicks ‘Accept’ on an uploaded issue

I don't remember who came up with the idea for the project, put that person should email me a description for this section.

Create Grid View.

• A user can view a series of issues in a grid
• A user can filter the issues in the grid based on issue tags
• A user can upload an issue

Not a huge priority, but when the window is scaled down, the gif expands beyond its container.

Create Upload Form For Uploading Issues. Upload form should be linked from the Grid View.
