The goal of the project is to determine how well we can constrain brown dwarf atmospheric parameters (Teff, logg) using models and low-resolution spectra. I will be using MCMC to do this.

separate plotting modules from bdfit
want to be able to take output chains and remake plots (right now can't feed chains to the plotting functions in bdfit)
Non-interpolated parameters
If there are parameters that will not be used for MCMC, then the values to use should be provided in the model initialization.
I probably need a different function to call if I'm snapping the walkers to the model grid, rather than interpolating.
Create a Mask module
Create a module/class/whatever that will make a mask for FeH and other regions we want to ignore in the fit
no conversion for data/model flux
there's no check or conversion to make sure the data and model flux units are the same
ditto with the data and uncertainty units
Normalization parameter
Add another parameter for the normalization, same way I have a nuisance parameter assigned to increase the uncertainty.
