Request: option for periodic push of current states about smartthings-mqtt-bridge

@kylerw the retain flag works great for a HA only restart but if you want to get your states back on a mqtt server restart you should consider using the persistence flag.

The following is info for mosquitto as that is what I use for my mqtt brokers:

Commands for Setting Up Retained Directory With Proper Permissions

mkdir /mqtt/data/retained/
chown mosquitto:mosquitto /mqtt/data/retained/

Then add the following to your mosquitto.conf file:

persistence true
persistence_location /mqtt/data/retained/
autosave_interval 10
autosave_on_changes true

I'm all for the periodic pushing. You can also turn on the retain flag in MQTT so that it always keeps the last value.
