build system is aarch64 not x86 or x64

Unless Fanuc releases a file compiled for that platform it will be very difficult for you to compile a program referencing that library file. I would suggest one program compiled for 32-bit using that library that communicates with your 64-bit compiled program through a socket or pipe.

so now my program is tcp with NC then udp send to 64-bit compiled program
