Hey @sejshark. Seems like you've got several questions here, so I'll try to address them separately:

Works ok with Firefox, but I would like it to view inside the img tag that it is in, if that is possible?

Not totally sure I follow, but it sounds like you'd like the zoomed version to display inside the same container as the original image. If that's the case, that's definitely possible. Just set the paneContainer option to the parent of the primary element passed.

Does not trigger at all using IE 11. … I ran it thru a trace and it looks like it crashes on line #796 styleEl.classList.add('drift-base-styles');

I'm unable to replicate this in IE 11, could you set up a reduced test case in CodePen or similar?

Also, is it possible to get rid of the large dark box that is around the zoomed image?

I'm unsure what you're referring to here. Could you please clarify?

Paulstraw, Thank you for your reply. I will try to clarify.
The large dark box, looks like a large panel, about the site of the screen, that floats around the zoomed image.

I have attached a picture of it here.

I set the paneContainer to the parent, to see if it will zoom inside the original image tag. I attached a picture of my results. It sort of works, but as you can see it is larger than the original picture. I am looking for it to zoom but remain the same size inside the original element. Maybe it is not able to do that. Plus it still has the larger panel around it. And it is "underneath" other elements. Z-Index didn't seem to help, but I can try again.

And I will try to produce a smaller test case for IE11, and report back.

@sejshark, it looks like your page has got some CSS that's overriding something in Drift, which is causing both of the issues from your above screenshots. Unfortunately, I can't really do much about that without a reduced test case, either.

Closing due to inactivity. If you set up a reduced test case, feel free to let me know and reopen!
