Third Coast update broke the build about infiniterecharge

@rabsamu - the rabsamu/thirdcoast-update branch touches a few sources outside of what I need to fix (game controls, commands). We're also going to likely generate some merge conflicts in the Constants class. I'd like to minimize the work needed to merge this into your ongoing branch so I'll give you a couple of options.

Should I use the rabsamu/thirdcoast-update branch as the start of my pull request or should I start from the a clean copy of the master branch?

When I start from a clean master, I'll probably just need to updatebuild.gradle, DriveSubsystem and HealthCheck.
