For OneToMany I use the name of the entity in mappedBy followed by a dot and the column name in name="columnName" and works like you do with entity.columnName.

Example for one-to-many associations:

            "read_as" => "tags[, ].name"
    ));

Has been read_as deprecated?
I don't see it in the columns' documentation but it is the only way it an array column has worked for me.
