Re-create slack integration to notify #spotlight-svc-team when an exhibit is published or unpublished about exhibits

@caaster we've made some progress on this and I've been able to send some test messages from the app to the #dlss-spotlight-dev channel. This ticket specifies that the message should be sent to #spotlight-svc-team, which I assume is a private channel. I'm unable to configure the bot to send message to this private channel because I'm not a member of the channel. So we have two options:

• Add me to #spotlight-svc-team slack channel so I can complete the configuration
• Or, if it's okay for the messages to get sent to #dlss-spotlight-dev instead, I can change the exhibits app config to send the messages to this public channel.

Let me know what you'd like to do.

Hi @corylown , I prefer for the messages to be posted to the private channel where the entire service team can see them. So I have added you to the channel. Thank you.
