no vendor folder after project install about sulu-minimal

First I would do composer self-update to make sure your composer is on newest version and if it then does also not work I would run it in verbose mode with -vvv

e.g.

composer create-project sulu/sulu-minimal myproj -vvv

Since there was no response and there is no way to reproduce this issue, I am going to close it.
