Uncaught ReferenceError: Chromestore is not defined about chromestore.js

Well I just cleared cache and cookies and now the problem seems to have changed...
Now I'm getting this error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'root' of null chromestore.js

what could that mean? this time the problem seems to be in the chromestore.js

And

var cs = new ChromeStore([ {path: 'videos/clips'}, {path: 'audio/wav', callback: function(){console.log('finished creating audio structure')}} ]);

Is this pointing to a dir in my computers root/videos/clips
or is it pointing to a directory in the root from my localhost? or where do I find those folders?

Well sorry for spamming, but maybe somebody runs into the same problem one day:
I found this:

so maybe the fs is not initiated perfectly?
