I can take this - the issue description is not quite correct, there is nothing wrong with the signin page itself, I am able to sign in when the link is as such: https://supabase.com/dashboard/sign-in? , sometimes there is a returnTo query param in the link like https://supabase.com/dashboard/sign-in?returnTo=%2Fprojects and signing in with this will still work.

The issue (afaict) is when the returnTo parameter is sign-in so you sign in and return to the same page, which is why there is no redirect. The only place I've found this to be the case is when the user clicks Log Out and gets redirected to https://supabase.com/dashboard/sign-in?returnTo=%2Fsign-in and now we have the issue described.
