Well, this is kind of a text-book question, and we kind of don't do text-book questions... But I've added ntt/parameters/pallas.h and vesta.h. Just in case, keep in mind that when you target Pallas curve, NTT are performed in the Vesta field, and vice versa. This is why ntt/parameters.cuh might appear awkward:
