Feature: In strict mode If we try to use a non-existent namespace then SDB should return an error about surrealdb

@ansarizafar at the moment, this is intentional. It only checks to see if the namespace exists when inserting data into the database with INSERT, CREATE, UPDATE, RELATE, DELETE, or when configuring the database with DEFINE statements.

The USE query does not actually query the underlying key-value store in any way (there is a reason for this, and it's related to embedded mode - where you can pass in the desired namespace/database before starting the embedded database). Obviously this will become important down the line a little bit.

Therefore, currently SurrealDB still allows you to switch to a new namespace or database using USE, and to perform SELECT queries.

With regard to SELECT queries we could change it so that it returns an error if the specified table/database/namespace to select data from does not exist?

This has to be thought through a little bit.
