analyze-ab-tests-dand icon analyze-ab-tests-dand

This project is done to understand the results of an A/B test run by an e-commerce website. The dataset's company has developed a new web page in order to try and increase the number of users who "convert," meaning the number of users who decide to pay for the company's product. So, the work throughout this notebook is to help the company understand if they should implement the new page, keep the old page, or perhaps run the experiment longer to make their decision.

starbucks-capstone-challenge icon starbucks-capstone-challenge

This project is part of the Udacity Capstone Challenge and the given data set contains simulated data that mimics customer behaviour on the Starbucks rewards mobile app. Once every few days, Starbucks sends out an offer to users of the mobile app. An offer can be merely an advertisement for a drink or an actual offer such as a discount or BOGO (buy one get one free). Some users might not receive any offer during certain weeks. Not all users receive the same offer, and that is the challenge to solve with this data set. The aim of this project is to build a model that predicts whether a customer will respond to an offer.
