We’d be happy to remove this package from the index, but can I just clarify that permanent removal is what you’re looking for?

Is this package repository about to be moved, archived, or deleted? We have processes in place to cope with these situations automatically, meaning that a permanent removal request like this is unnecessary.

Removal through this form is for when you want the package removed and for it to never be back in the index. That’s fine, of course, but I wanted to make sure that’s what your intention was before doing that.
