skip() and nxt() not working for certain flavor of inputs about swirl_courses

My guess is that this issue should be moved to swirldev/swirl since this repo pertains mainly to course content itself and not so much to the functionality of swirl.

@joshamorrison, you are correct that we could build in the skip feature. Cross posting this feature request to github.com/swirldev/swirl/issues would indeed be appropriate.

@duritia also runs swirl over ssh. In this thread he says, "it is a headless server. And I use PNG output to see a plot." I don't have a good idea what he means by this, but assume he either sets R's default graphic device or somehow has the server machine configured for png output.

It would be nice to support swirl over ssh, as it would be to support swirl in an emacs shell, but we're a small group supporting a large user base, so it will be a while.

Swirl does run nicely in Rocker which serves an RStudio IDE over http.

You could try ssh -X [remote-machine-name] when you ssh into the remote. If the remote machine is running X11 then this flag will forward the displays to your local machine.
