Removing the [ and ] should be enough here, the required attribute is just data-ignore-script.

If I remove it, the wpcf7 does not work.It does not work as it should the swup with Contact form 7

The brackets aren't valid html markup and the browser is correct in throwing this error. I'll close this as it isn't a bug in the library. If you're having trouble getting the forms to submit, feel free to create a new discussion describing your situation so others can help. If you suspect there's a bug with the forms plugin, feel free to create an issue on the forms plugin repo.
