In node.js it's probably better to use the native module like http://github.com/cmusphinx/node-pocketsphinx

@darkjeff99 To recognize in a specific language, you need an acoustic model for that language and then your dictionary, grammars or language models must match that language.

As for how to integrate them in pocketsphinx.js, it's all in the README file, see section 2.b

There has been a beginning of discussion on how to use pocketsphinx.js in node.js in issue #2 . Please fill free to share your experience with it.
