It's Conda.jl that does this. You can do export CONDA_JL_HOME=/anaconda3/bin/python and then rebuild Conda.jl.

Outside. Inside Julia, you can do ENV["CONDA_JL_HOME"]="/anaconda3/" and rebuild Conda.jl
