Ok I think I fixed it by just typing this as a script line.
SECRET_WORDS=\"word word ...\" synpress run.

But is it possible to store the env elsewhere because my package.json is pushed to the git and my seed phrase should remain on my local environment?
I saw that it was possible to directly edit the setupMetamask call from within node_modules but isn't it complicated to maintain this since I'll have to patch it at every package updated?
I also tried to add the variables inside my .env file, but it doesn't work...

Hey, so in the end I just created a bash script called from within my package.json

SECRET_WORDS="word" NETWORK=localhost RPC_URL=http://127.0.0.1:8545/ CHAIN_ID=31337 synpress run

from synpress.
