SystemJS builder halts on files with byte order marks about builder

Thanks again for reporting. The greatest help is if you can provide PRs for your own issues, but I'm also making an effort to go through the issue queues and add contributions welcome labels where contributions can help.

For this issue, it would be worth checking where the source is being truncated. Is it not being output from compileLoad (https://github.com/systemjs/builder/blob/master/index.js#L118), or is it during the final concatenation that this causes issues (https://github.com/systemjs/builder/blob/master/index.js#L125).
