If I make the [_minted] templates not installed by default then this mostly mitigates the issue of doubling all the templates. All of the minted templates should be able to inherit from non-minted versions.

Another option is to place style_jupyter_minted strictly between the other templates, but only when given the --minted option.

At the same time as resolving this problem I will refactor repygments out of the style_jupyter.tplx. Might be hard since repygments are different between minted and non-minted versions.

I have figured out how to do text wrapping without the minted package rendering this issue moot because the minted templates will be going away.
