The index.js file features some debug functionality. Please enable it by removing the comments and see if you get any errors. Could you also see if it works when you deploy the bot on your local machine instead of Heroku?

I've attached the logs for the play event.

I haven't been able to test if it works locally because I don't have FFMPEG installed locally. I'll give that shot though.

Yeah possibly. But it won't even play spotify songs either. Definitely bizarre and can't understand what broke between now and when I created the bot on my server back in March.

When I roll my deployment back to the previous version before I merged the most recent changes from the repo things work just fine.
