[BUG] Timeout error when running Node.js HTTP Server with TAP about tapjs

Send connection: close headers with all responses when testing. (Or, if you are specifically testing http connection pooling/reuse/pipelining/etc, make sure to destroy the connections when you're done testing them.)

What are you trying to do?

I'm simply running a local server to debug. In my scenario, there's a test-helper (which imports Tap) function exported when this development server is running. However, i'm not invoking any testing function exported by tap API, only importing the tap dependency. I believe the timeout error should only occur if there's an explicit call to the test function, but that isn't the case.

It's important to say that this bahvior only occurs in 18.x version.
