Python 2 compatibility about matrixprofile-ts

After consideration, our plan is to remain compatible only with Python 3 unless someone is interested in picking up this issue down the road.

Upon even more feedback, we'll look into putting Python 2 compatibility on the roadmap.

Interesting. It seems the tests already pass.
