the problem were not in 3363 itself, but just because additional conditions are checked outside of the main loop as against all other bp parameters. so first breakpoint has a set of valid parameters and get a bp hit which makes the current one-bp-at-a-time system stop checking the other..

Work as it should be for me with your ROM. see highlighted option in the breakpoints list triggered as you expected.

look if you did something special with your cheats/scripts/handlers or something else. current revision does not have this problem.
