Hotkey - Play movie from beginning about gens-rerecording

Should it really leave it set to read-only? I would expect it to play from the
beginning but retain the current read-only status for the next time I use a 
savestate.

I guess what I am saying is that we wouldn't want it to begin recording from 
frame 0!

Sound like you are saying it would be in playback mode from frame 0 but still in
read+write status (if it was prior to pressing the hotkey) so loading a state 
will
place it in record mode.  This is sounds a bit harder but probably more 
convenient
for the user.
