Show which user placed a tag about tatoeba2

By hovering your cursor over the tag, you can see the user who added it, as well as when it was added.

Note that this information is also included in the exports.

The tag_metadata.csv file will tell you who created the tag and its ID number.
The tags_detailed.tar.bz2 has the tag ID number, the sentence ID , who added it and when.

It would be great if this information could also be displayed in the log, for the benefit of those who are using a phone, or having difficulty moving the cursor to the exact spot. It's also a matter of discoverability.
