They seem to get mis-aligned at other times as well. It’s very annoying.
I cannot find why this happens, nor stop it, but there’s a quick and dirty ‘fix’ in the pull-requests over in taweili / openblocks.
Also a way to create cloned blocks near the cursor instead of top left of the workspace

This version comes with the latest openblocks and let us know if it solves the problem.
