I've just finished moving http://www.tdwg.org/standards/640/ to this repo. The @abcd team should review this.

To be approved/answered:

• I've named this repo abcd-dna instead of abcddna to more clearly indicate that it is build upon abcd. Let me know which one you prefer.
• The README currently contains the information from http://www.tdwg.org/standards/640/. Since we want to create a snapshot (= release) of that version of the standard, only make editorial updates, before updating it to reflect recent work.
• The standard has been uploaded as the Word document I found at http://www.tdwg.org/standards/640/. I think it's better if this would be a PDF document or both? What is your preference?
• What would be the preferred citation for the standard (see tdwg/infrastructure#32)?

Once I have an answer for the above, I'll create a release of the standard, and work on it can continue here in this repo and issue tracker.

The link to http://www.ggbn.org/schemas/ABCDDNA/ works, however all the links from there that describe the extension are broken with link not found errors.
