This is not a duplicate of #4122
This FR is about using existing Chapters in Youtube to download those Chapter segments that are already defined as shown in the image below: - the time line has already Chapters(gaps) at specific intervals.
#4122 on the other hand is about allowing the user to choose a random section of the video/audio to download.
