I would like to know more about this. My VA denied my request for a preliminary hearing with my treatment team. They even said it doesn’t exist and skipped straight to the appeal process. Then I found out that a board member was someone who knew me personally. I’m not surprised that my appeal was denied but I was surprised that it took 65 days.
