Modern DateTime picker messed-up and switches to timepicker when timеpicker clicked in the back about kendo-ui-core

The problem occurs on hover at a very specific place -

The mouse cursor should be somewhere on top of the yellow space for the issue to appear. For some reason this does not happen locally, so if you need to see the behavior, you can manually call the following from the console:

$("#datetimepicker").data("kendoDateTimePicker").timeView._focusList($(""))

Edit:

Some additional info, the behavior is reproducible locally, but you must ensure the html matches the one in the Dojo. A label must exist, the k-justify-content wrapper must exist. The flex seems to create a very odd behavior where the timeview that is not visible can be hovered which in turn brings it into view.
