This seems like something that most everyone needs. I've requested a pull with the fix which hopefully once someone can test on pre iOS 7 devices could get pulled into the main project.

Yes please support other orientations. Great package, but we need iPad orientation support and cannot use as is. Norfanos I tried your fork, but there are general issues with text label frames, and the message being obscured by the status bar on iOS 6.
