csdn不支持图片外链，本地笔记最好用本地地址，外链默认不上传。

另外，请确保勾选了图床服务，默认不启用。
还有，不要使用采用了防盗链的图片地址，这样的话是没法上传的。经验证，上面提供给呢拖地做有防盗链，因此就算开启了也不难上传成功。
正常图片链接经验证不存在描述的问题。
