I can't immediately reproduce this. But I made a recent change to Label (which ChatBox uses internally) so I can believe that a bug like this suddenly pops up.
Do you get the same result by just creating a label?
Could you write a complete code so that I can be sure to test the exact same code?

I do not have as severe an issue as the original poster, but I do encounter this issue.
The last letter for me is cut off partially every few lines (most lines seem to be fine).
This SFML commit may have mucked up some stuff if you have not accounted for it already
