elastic_foil

C code that computes the aeroelastic behavior of 2d airfoil with lumped mass. The foil is able to move in the flap-wise and edgewise directions. Two methods are present. Quasi-steady analysis, via linearization of the steady aerodynamic polars around equilibrium, and unsteady analysis via an implementation of Theodorsen analysis.

linear_acoustics

C code (and python pre/post-process) that numerically solves the linearized acoustics 2D flow equations. The buffer zone mthod is used for the boundary, and runge jutta 4th order for the integration. Monopole,DIpole and Quadrapole sources can be simulated in the center of the boundary.
