Chem puffs are shit anyway.
Part of this is that chemsprayers copypaste code from their parent class, reagent_container/spray/. They really need to inherit some of that, but their fancy triple firing code would need to be merged up.
But even proper sprayers apply 1/range reagents to everything in each tile. That technically reuses reagents whenever multiple atoms are in a tile (the bible melts) but is most terrible when multiple mobs share a tile. If there were any way to remove reagents from mobs, a tile full of monkeys would be an amazing reagent replicator.
So the solution is to update spray code to handle firing multiple puffs, then have the chemsprayer inherit properly. Then scrap all that and make puffs actually transfer reagents to things as they pass by, removing all this reagent reuse. Something like transferring half their current reagents to each atom they affect, prioritizing mobs on the tile.
Or just write this admin-only item off as slightly more magic than other magic spraybottles.
