Fix for small countries about globle

For small small countries it would also help that you see a dot etc. showing the color. an other option would be to show color on the country list. For Marshall Islands for example you need to zoom ridiculously close to see the color.

The current code zooms in the map when the country area is less than a certain value. Instead what if an "outline" appeared around the country but offset a fair distance from the actual border to make it visible from normal map zoom?
