If we hit subscribe button,then the number of students enrolled will increase by one.Is it like that?

sorry for the delay @barnik109, yeah! you got it . but inside of subscribe we want if someone signup on our website the number increase by one

But till now,we cannot do for sign up and sign in as its backend is not created.

Students enrolled should I keep 2303 or 0?
And I have added the feature that whenever a user clicks on subscribe button then students enrolled will increase but even if they click subscribe button without emailing,then also the count will increase each and every time.
