Add support for typescript about react-native-boilerplate

🎉🔥 Hi, I made a improved fork with TypeScript from "TCM React Native Boilerplate" repository. It can be useful for those who want to work with Typescript. Also i will open the PR to this repository, maybe we can work another branch.

It's not planned to natively support TS in this boilerplate.

You can take a look at : https://github.com/react-native-community/react-native-template-typescript, a TypeScript template from the react-native-community.
