You are speaking about error 0xc0000603 which is also explained in this repository and just requires disable vulnerable driver list on windows defender

How did you fix it, im having the same issue!

hi, the reason its happening is because Windows 11 defender have a new method which blocks some apps that are trying to run a kernel mode code. At windows 10 this future not exist. I dont sure if its possible to disable this windows 11 future by 100%.

but, this is the reason for MOST of the "Failed to register and start service for the vulnerable driver" errors. THEY ARE PROBABLY CAUSED BECAUSE YOUR TRYING TO RUN KDMAPPER FROM WINDOWS11 22H2.
one of solutions: create a new boot on computer which let you use windows 10 version.

If you want to disable this future at windows 11 without creating a new boot folder - make sure THAT YOUR WINDOWS 11 IS NOT A HOME VERSION. USE A CMD COMMAND TO CHANGE YOUR WINDOWS TO WINDOWS 11 PRO WHICH HAVE APPS SUCH AS "gpedit.msc" (windows 11 home missing alot of tools) (link to tutorial of how to do it).
then, you should try doing those steps: Valthrun/Valthrun#93 (go to the link that the user "PetrSeifert" sent. he is reffering to some documantaion.)
