Relax ActiveSupport dependency about ldap_fluff

I've just tested with a secondary project using gem 'rails', '~> 4.1' and it works fine if we don't force it to use activesupport 3.2.x. I think this got done at the same time we removed rainbow and rubocop to enforce 1.8.7 compatibility. @domcleal any comments? I think it's fine.

Agreed, I don't think it should have a version specification. It's up to the project you're using it in to specify an older version if they want 1.8 compat.

ldap_fluff 0.3.0 has the relaxed dependency.
