MacOS compilation error about apriltools

Use the updated installation instructions. I think the problem is that you have cloned non-recursivelly (use git --recursive clone https://GitHub.com/thegoodhen/apriltools, emphasis on --recursive)

I had the same Problem... I had to manually download the Apriltag folder because when I downloaded everything together the Apriltag folder was empty. when you download it manually and rename it to "apriltag" and replace the empty folder with it it should work or at least it worked for me this way...
